PREVENTICA LYON: the HAPO posture harness recognized as one of the ten innovations for VSEs and SMEs in the construction industry

During its Lyon edition, the congress and exhibition dedicated to health and quality of life at work awarded its traditional Innovation Prizes. Twenty-one of the forty-seven entries received awards for technical solutions. Among them, some aim at optimizing the working conditions of small and medium-sized businesses. The Zepros Quo editorial staff has selected ten of them that may be of interest to construction company managers and their employees. Among them, the HAPO of ErgoSanté.

Last May, Préventica Nantes brought together no less than 9,000 professionals. At the end of September, exactly 10,832 prevention and safety professionals gathered in Lyon for three days. With a total of over 450 exhibitors and a rich and varied program of 183 conferences and practical workshops.

In a press release, the organizers of the exhibition emphasized that "Préventica once again confirms its position as an essential platform for sharing experiences and raising awareness of risk prevention and quality of life at work.

Once again, the debates enabled participants to continue to enrich their knowledge and share best practices in terms of team management and social innovations: social dialogue, psychosocial risks, gender diversity and inclusion, benevolent management, meaning of work, return to work after illness, corporate culture, prevention of addictions, incivilities, harassment, etc.

Another major component? Discussions on work organization and risk prevention. Among the topics covered: overall risk management, a focus on the quality of the working environment (air, noise, dust, chemical risk management, regulatory compliance), monitoring of workplace accidents, organization of occupational medicine and identification of the most accident-prone sectors of activity.

Ten innovations for VSEs and SMEs

"In a job market under pressure, living and working conditions in the company are becoming major drivers for employee loyalty and attractiveness," say the show's organizers, who are targeting the construction industry in particular.

During this second regional edition of the year, the Préventica jury also awarded its Innovation Prizes. Among the entries and the twenty-one prizewinners, the Zepros Quo editorial staff has selected ten that may be of interest to construction company managers and their employees.
