We've got good news to share with you! L'Ameublement français, which represents and supports French furniture manufacturers, has fallen in love with ErgoSanté. And guess what? We were rewarded for our ability to respond to the societal and environmental concerns of the profession - in other words, our CSR approach.
At ErgoSanté, a sustainable approach has been an integral part of our DNA since the beginning of our adventure. We create inclusive work environments where everyone is valued and supported. Here's an overview of our production chain and our CSR approach.
A company committed to its employees
As an Entreprise Adaptée, we place great emphasis on the well-being of our employees. Our investment is crucial, since 80% of employees at our Anduze factory are disabled.
On the other hand, we reuse and recondition our end-of-life products to minimize waste. We develop innovative recycling projects, transforming waste into beautiful furniture.
The environment at the heart of our CSR approach
All our production is located in France, and we are committed to responsible sourcing. We produce most of our seats and exoskeletons in our Anduze factory. Our company mainly uses raw materials of French origin, or from recycled sources. To reduce our carbon footprint, we use our own renewable energy.
To preserve ecosystems, we create carbon sinks around the world. We regularly run reforestation campaigns in Madagascar, in conjunction with local sustainable development players. We offer our partners transparent and truly effective projects to concretely reduce their carbon footprint.
