Is CSR an important criterion when choosing suppliers?

The results of the Observatoire économique national des achats responsables auprès des ESAT (Établissements et Services d'Aide par le travail) et EA (Entreprises Adaptées) for 2023 have just been published!

An in-depth analysis of the current situation

This survey, carried out every 2 years by the Réseau Gesat, aims to promote socially committed service providers and raise awareness of customer expectations in terms of responsible purchasing and CSR. The figures reveal a significant trend, with 69% of companies and public bodies expressing a desire to develop their responsible purchasing by turning to ESAT-EA. What's more, nearly 62% of them see purchasing from Adapted Enterprises as a way of improving their environmental and social performance (ESR).
