The "Manufacture des Cévennes" plays an essential social role of integration through employment
The Manufacture des Cévennes is built around employees with disabilities serving other employees with disabilities. This regenerative company aims to take care of the most fragile. Our objective: to preserve the human being while respecting the common social and environmental well-being.
By purchasing new products or reconditioned products from the Manufacture des Cévennes, users participate in the integration of disabled people who are sometimes far from the world of work.
As proof, the company was recognized in 2019 as an " Adapted Company " by the DREETS. It employs 67% of disabled people, including more than 80% in its manufacturing workshop.
Its approvals offer its clients the possibility of participating in a socially responsible approach that boosts their performance in terms of development and social responsibility (ESG/RSE) while optimizing their OETH contribution (Agefiph / Fiphfp).
As such, the Manufacture des Cévennes is part of theSocial and Solidarity Economy (SSE), and more precisely in the protected and adapted private sector.

In the mid-19th century, the greenhouse evolved from a simple refuge from a hostile climate to a controlled environment, tailored to the needs of certain plants. Since 2013, ErgoHealth has built a greenhouse, a human greenhouse. Imagine that, a place where inclusion simply happens, where a mix of people with disabilities work alongside people without disabilities.
