HAPO BACK

Innovation for your back

The HAPO BACK is a lightweight, discreet posture harness that reduces strain on the lumbar vertebrae and protects the intervertebral discs. 
- In the static standing position, it provides physical assistance for postures maintained with the trunk bent forward.
- In dynamic flexion, it gives a boost when you stand up, relieving back muscles.

HAPO SD

HAPO without unlocking

Both lightweight and discreet, the HAPO SD has been designed to reduce strain on the lumbar vertebrae and protect the intervertebral discs.

It is an effective solution for reducing the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD) for tasks involving full dynamic flexion.

HAPO FRONT

Serving the upper limbs

The HAPO FRONT has been designed to take the strain off shoulders and elbows to reduce the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD).

It is particularly well-suited to all jobs involving repetitive handling of objects, prolonged holding of the arms in front of the body, or any "arms forward" posture impacting the upper limbs.

HAPO UP

Serving the upper limbs

The HAPO UP takes the strain off the user's shoulders, reducing the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD).

As a result, it is particularly well-suited to "arms in the air" work, or to handling light loads in the vertical plane over a vertical range of 60° to 180°.

HAPO NECK

Soothes the neck

The HAPO NECK is a passive physical assistance device that supports the user's head to relieve neck muscles during demanding tasks. 

 

The aim is to relieve pressure on the neck, particularly for dynamic tasks requiring neck flexion and extension, and for postures requiring cervical extension.

HAPO CS

Specially designed for women

The HAPO CS takes the strain off the user's back, reducing the risk of Musculoskeletal Disorders (MSD).

As a result, it's particularly well-suited to handling work and healthcare-related tasks (e.g. bed bathing by carers). With its integrated bra, it is specially designed and adapted to women's morphology.

Integration method

 To guarantee the successful integration of exoskeletons in your company, we propose our 4-step method based on INRS recommendations and the NF X35-800 deployment standard:

1. Assessing your needs

By our consultants and project managers (engineers in Human Movement Sciences or specialized ergonomists):
- meeting with activity managers and the project manager
- study of workstations and evaluation of target operators' movement kinematics using our LEA Artificial Intelligence tool.

2. Exoskeleton selection

Depending on the tasks and areas of the body to be relieved, the work environment and the ergonomic work carried out upstream:
- familiarization with reports, findings and studies relating to occupational health, safety and ergonomics of the workstations concerned

3. Evaluation of solutions

What's the benefit?

- supply and administration of questionnaires to measure acceptance (subjective criteria)
- use ofquantification tools to measure the level of assistance provided (objective criteria), such as SENSOR
- dispatch of a summary report indicating the suitability of the exoskeleton for the workstation, including objective and subjective criteria

4. Deployment

Including support and training:

- training and support for operators in the handling and proper use of the Physical Assistance Devices selected (use of the exoskeleton, choice of size, positioning on the user, settings and adjustments, cleaning and maintenance of the exoskeleton, tool-free dismantling)
- training of a company referent, to ensure long-term autonomy
- regular support on your site (throughout France, we have 29 locations)
