Position: Workstation Design Consultant

Ergosanté is one of the national leaders in the field of job accommodation for employees with disabilities or on medical prescription. Our positioning, which is very human-centred, is unique. To support our strong development at the national level, we would like to recruit a new Consultant to work as closely as possible with our clients in the Hauts de France region.
In charge of your agency, you are in charge of the management and commercial development of your area (Lille +1h30). Thus you must imagine and implement technical solutions (Ergonomic equipment) for your customers, using our product catalogue and/or our design office.
After a technical training to our methods and products, your missions will be the following:
Trade Mission :
- Prospecting and follow-up of clients (Disability Mission for large companies, local SMEs, Health and Safety Managers, etc.), on-site visits to present our solutions.
- Management of the relationship with prescribers (Ergonomists' offices, various health services)
- Development of the sector: Prospecting for key clients, regular contacts with account clients
Technical Mission :
- Advice to clients on the design of their workstations
- Assembly of chairs and offices in the workshop
- Delivery, installation and follow-up of the selected solutions
Administrative Mission :
- Invoicing and follow-up of the turnover, up to the receipt of payment
- Stock control and restocking orders
- Reporting on the achievement of objectives
- Quality monitoring
Your profile:
- Autonomous and dynamic
- You have excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and oral expression, listening skills and empathy.
- B permit required
- At least 2 years of higher education, preferably commercial function
- Experience: 2 years minimum.
- Knowledge of ergonomics or biomechanics is a plus.
- Contract: CDI - 39H
- Salary: fixed + commission according to business volume, according to profile
