This Wednesday, November 12, Dominique Seau, CEO of ErgoSanté, was guest on the Pari ETI program on BFM Business, hosted by Patrice Bégay. An opportunity to shed light on the mission, values and ambitions of ErgoSanté, an industrial company established in the heart of the Cévennes for over ten years.

A company rooted in its region
Founded in 2013, ErgoSanté designs and manufactures ergonomic solutions designed to improve well-being at work. The company specializes in two complementary fields:
- ergonomic seats, produced under the Manufacture des Cévennes brand;
- non-motorized exoskeletons, developed under the HAPO brand.
This industrial base is accompanied by a strong desire to promote local know-how and make a lasting contribution to the economic vitality of the Cévennes.
A social mission at the heart of ErgoSanté's DNA
In addition to its innovations, Dominique Seau emphasized what makes ErgoSanté unique: its commitment to inclusive employment.
In its production subsidiary, more than 55% of employees are people who are outside the job market or disabled. This commitment goes beyond mere HR policy: it is a structuring pillar of the Group's corporate project.
For Dominique Seau, "innovation is only of value if it is put at the service of people". A message that is particularly resonant in a context where the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders (MSDs), health in the workplace and quality of life in the workplace are more than ever a central concern.

A committed vision of work and the company
During her appearance on the show, Dominique Seau shared a vision of work based on three strong convictions:
- Protect employees' health, thanks to ergonomically adapted tools.
- Prevent occupational risks, in particular MSDs, which today represent the 1ʳᵉ cause of occupational illnesses in France.
- Creating useful jobs that respect people and their dignity, with a focus on inclusion and localization.
His career path, which has taken him from major international corporations to the management of a committed industrial SME, illustrates this choice: return to the roots to give meaning to action and create a positive impact on the local area.
