They come from public bodies, insurance companies or specific schemes, and can help reduce your fitting-out costs.

 

Objective: To facilitate the integration and job retention of people with disabilities.

  • Eligibility requirements :
    • Private-sector employers or self-employed workers employing a disabled person.
    • Accommodations must be designed to compensate for the disability in order to maintain or gain access to employment.
  • Maximum amounts :
    • Up to €10,000 for workstation modifications.

  • Eligibility requirements :
    • Public-sector employers.
    • The equipment must be necessary to compensate for the disability in the workplace.

    • Financing of exoskeletons or other specific devices subject to assessment of need.

Objective: Prevent occupational hazards and improve working conditions.

  • Eligibility requirements :
    • Companies with fewer than 200 employees covered by the general scheme.
    • Project integrated into a global approach to occupational risk prevention.

    • Specific subsidies, such as the TMS Pros Action subsidy, covering up to 50% of investments linked to the prevention of musculoskeletal disorders, capped at €25,000.

    • Conditions: Companies and local authorities working on projects related to professional integration.

For companies or organizations that do not meet the eligibility criteria for public subsidies, financial leasing is an attractive option.
