As part of the strong growth of our Ile-de-France branch, we are recruiting an ergonomic workstation design consultant.
Item master record :
Reporting to the branch manager, you are in charge of the management and commercial development of the sectors assigned to you. You will be responsible for implementing technical solutions for your customers, assembling, bringing and presenting equipment.
After a technical training, your missions will be the following:
- Management and personalized customer care
- Appointment and analysis of the technical solution to be set up
- Advice to clients on the design of their workstations
- Relationship management with prescribers and partner networks
- Development of the sector: Customers, Turnover, Reporting, achievement of objectives and monitoring of satisfaction indicators
- Delivery, installation and follow-up of the selected solutions
Your profile:
Autonomous, dynamic and endowed with very good interpersonal skills, you have excellent written and oral expression as well as listening and empathy qualities.
With a driving ease in Paris and its suburbs, technical facility and good manual sense are a plus.
Prerequisite:
- B permit required
- Bucket + 2 minimum of commercial fibre preference
- Experience: 2 years minimum. Knowledge in ergonomics is a plus.
