ErgoSanté, Enedis' historical partner, is honored to have been able to present the award for the "Solidarity Buyer of the Year" during the Handiformelles 2022, the 6th edition of the Trophées de l'innovation du secteur du Handicap, organized by HANDECO at the Louvre Museum.
In the category of the most important, Enedis was almost unanimously chosen for the quality, but also the audacity, of its proposal, namely to entrust its customer telephone reception to the adapted sector. A substantial annual contract that testifies to the confidence in adapted companies and their exemplary support capacity. This contract won by APF entreprises has managed - over the year 2021 alone - more than 100,000 incoming calls from private customers on behalf of Enedis' Île-de-France West regional management.
