VISIT: our company's approach is in line with ENGIE Solutions' inclusive purchasing and disability policy

Olivier Foresto, head of CSR inclusion and disability mission, and Léo Lemoine, ergonomist at ENGIE Solutions, visited the headquarters of ErgoSanté in Anduze, giving us the opportunity to present the DNA of our eminently technological company, leader on the world market of exoskeletons and yet social and inclusive, concerned with the local sourcing and ethical of its products. In 2022, ErgoSanté was awarded the label of SMEs committed to the environment (EnVol) and was recognized by Challenges magazine as one of the 9 most beautiful SMEs in France.

At the heart of the EWWR (European Week for Waste Reduction), our visitors greatly appreciated the visit of EcoSiège, a recycling network for used chairs whose objective is to give a second use to office chairs at the end of their life. EcoSiège reconditions, upcycles and recycles all the chairs entrusted to it for reuse. They were naturally interested by the globality of our citizen approach through the use of crushed, extruded and remolded elements like our bench made from recycled plastics. These recycled elements are reintegrated into the range of new products via our manufacturing workshop, which is recognized as an Adapted Company.

This socially responsible approach is fully in line with ENGIE Solutions' policy of inclusive purchasing and disability. It enhances the CSR of our partners while offering them the possibility to optimize their AGEFIPH contribution. This visit was also the opportunity to present our manufacture of ergonomic seats, made in Adapted Company, the research department as well as the design pole in charge of designing them.

Our solutions are standardized and customized throughout France, in the service of health and well-being at work.
