You know our curative activities but do you know the Cap Emploi network? Since its creation, ErgoSanté's mission has been to provide access to work, the foundation of social life, to everyone. It is therefore natural that our agencies have become the privileged interlocutors of Cap Emploi throughout the territory.
The 98 Cap Emploi agencies in France are specialized placement organizations (OPS) carrying out a public service mission. They are in charge of integrating or maintaining people with disabilities for employers and of providing long-term support for employees to adapt their jobs. They welcome and support more than 220,000 people with disabilities and more than 150,000 employers each year. Their missions merge wonderfully with ours.
The Cap Emploi network advisors are present in each department. Depending on the subject, the counselors can mobilize common and specific tools and measures and call upon external organizations or service providers such as ErgoSanté. It is therefore not unusual to see us working together or in the same premises.
