Integration method:
To ensure the successful integration of exoskeletons into your company, we propose our 4-step method.
- Needs assessment
- Selection of the exoskeleton, depending on the tasks and areas of the body to be relieved, the work environment and the ergonomic work carried out beforehand.
- Evaluation of solutions (what benefits have been observed)
- Deployment, including support and training.
We will help you carry out these steps, in conjunction with our consultants and project managers (Human Movement Sciences engineers or specialized ergonomists), by offering a customized service, and by following the NF X35-800 deployment standard and INRS recommendations:
- Meeting with activity managers and project manager
- Workstation studies and evaluation of target operator movement kinematics using our artificial intelligence tool APPLIED ERGONOMICS SOFTWARE
- Read reports, findings and studies relating to occupational health, safety and ergonomics at the workstations concerned.
- Training and support for operators in the handling and proper use of the Physical Assistance Devices selected: use of the Exoskeleton, choice of size, positioning on the user, functionalities, settings and adjustments, cleaning and maintenance of the exoskeleton, tool-free dismantling.
- Training of an in-company mentor, to ensure long-term autonomy
- Regular on-site support (29 locations throughout France)
- Provision and administration of questionnaires to measure acceptance (subjective criteria)
- Use ofquantification tools to measure the level of assistance provided (objective criteria), such as SENSOR
- Sending of a summary report indicating the level of suitability of the exoskeleton for the workstation, including objective and subjective criteria; no later than 15 working days after the visit.
